Child Safety Policy

Our commitment
WishPride is a platform strictly reserved for adults (18+). We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content involving minors. Any account found publishing or sharing such content is immediately and permanently banned, and the incident is systematically reported to the relevant authorities.
PhotoDNA detection
100% of uploaded images are analyzed by Microsoft PhotoDNA Cloud Service. This technology performs perceptual hash-matching against the NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) database, which contains fingerprints of over 200 million known CSAM images. Any match triggers an immediate automatic alert and quarantine of the content.
Reporting
Any person who discovers illegal content involving minors on our platform is invited to report it immediately via the report button on the relevant content, or by email at report@wishpride.com. In France, you can also report directly to PHAROS: https://www.internet-signalement.gouv.fr
Cooperation with authorities
WishPride cooperates fully with PHAROS (FR) and NCMEC CyberTipline (US) for every confirmed CSAM detection. We are legally required to report any CSAM content to French authorities within 24 hours (LCEN art. 6-I-7). All relevant data is preserved for 30 days as legal evidence following any report.
