Cookie Policy
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit the platform. It allows information about your browsing to be remembered. We also use similar technologies (browser local storage, measurement identifiers). Except for strictly necessary cookies, no cookie is placed without your prior consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time (see section 8).
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the service to work: session management, authentication, security (CSRF protection), load balancing, remembering your consent choice and language preferences. Under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, they are exempt from consent and cannot be disabled. Purpose: providing a service you have expressly requested.
3. Statistics cookies (audience measurement)
These cookies measure the platform's audience and performance (page views, journeys, devices used) in order to understand usage and improve the service. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across the site, and Microsoft Clarity on our publicly accessible pages and only while you are not signed in: the latter produces heatmaps (clicked areas, scroll depth) and an anonymised replay of the journey, in order to identify friction points. As soon as a session is opened, its collection is suspended. IP addresses are truncated by GA4 and not stored. Purpose: statistics and service improvement. Legal basis: your consent. These cookies are only placed after your agreement and can be refused without any impact on access to the service.
4. Personalization cookies
These cookies adapt your experience based on your interactions (for example, remembering display preferences or personalizing the content suggested to you). Purpose: experience personalization. Legal basis: your consent. You may refuse them; the service remains fully accessible with a non-personalized experience.
5. Advertising and remarketing cookies
These cookies measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (for example, knowing that a sign-up came from an ad) and show you relevant ads on third-party sites, including remarketing (re-engaging you after a visit). We use Google Ads. Purpose: advertising conversion measurement, targeted advertising and remarketing. Legal basis: your consent. These cookies are never placed without your explicit agreement and can be refused or withdrawn at any time.
6. Third-party tools used
For the purposes above, we use the following tools, which may place cookies once your consent has been collected: • Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) — tag manager that orchestrates the loading of the other tools. It does not set its own cookie and is only loaded after your consent. • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — audience measurement (Statistics category). • Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) — conversion measurement, advertising and remarketing (Advertising and Personalization categories). • Google Consent Mode v2 — mechanism that transmits your consent choice to Google services; until you have consented, no Google tag is loaded. • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) — behavioural analysis of our publicly accessible pages: heatmaps and anonymised replay of the journey (Statistics category). Active only for signed-out visitors; collection is suspended as soon as a session is opened. These operations involve Google Ireland Limited and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited as recipients and may lead to a transfer of data to Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation in the United States, framed by appropriate safeguards (Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses). To learn more, see our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy).
7. Retention periods
Your consent choice is stored for 13 months; after this period, we will ask you again. The main cookies and their durations: • cookie-consent (local storage, WishPride) — remember your choice — 13 months. • _ga, _ga_<id> (Google Analytics) — audience measurement — 2 years. • _gid (Google Analytics) — distinguish visitors — 24 hours. • _gcl_au (Google Ads) — conversion attribution — 90 days. • IDE / test_cookie (Google Ads / DoubleClick) — advertising and remarketing — up to 13 months. • _clck (Microsoft Clarity) — link your successive visits to the same Clarity identifier — 1 year. • _clsk (Microsoft Clarity) — group the page views of a single session — 1 day. • MUID, CLID, ANONCHK (Microsoft, clarity.ms domains) — third-party cookies set by Clarity to tell browsers apart across visits — up to 13 months. • Google Tag Manager — tag container — does not set its own cookie. These durations are indicative and set by the tool's publisher; they may change.
8. How to change or withdraw your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by clicking the 'Cookie preferences' button at the bottom of every page. There you can re-enable or disable each category (Statistics, Personalization, Advertising) independently. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. When you disable a category, the corresponding tags immediately stop being active.
9. Managing cookies via your browser
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Each browser offers its own settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). However, blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent some platform features from working correctly.
