1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the WishPride platform, a kink-friendly adult social network. By creating an account, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
2. Access conditions
Access to WishPride is reserved for adults (18 years or older) under the laws of their country of residence. By registering, you certify under oath that you have reached the required legal age.
3. User account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any action taken from your account is attributable to you. If you suspect fraudulent use, you must notify us immediately at security@wishpride.com.
4. Published content
You retain ownership of the content you publish on WishPride. By publishing it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the platform. You guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to this content. All publications must comply with our Content Policy (/legal/content-policy), which forms an integral part of these Terms. This policy enforces a 'Zero NSFW' rule: no genital nudity, no visible nipples, no sexual acts. Non-compliance may result in content removal or account suspension.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion, during which you can cancel your request.
6. Limitation of liability
WishPride makes every effort to ensure platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability is limited to direct damages proven to result from our fault.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law applies.
